Part of a $22.5M renovation project to the Black River Falls School District is the construction of The Red Creek Elementary School (renamed from Forrest Street Elementary School). The new school will open its doors for the 2016-2017 school year. This new 89,820 square foot, two-story building will be on the site of the current school and will house grades 2 – 5. The building will include a new gym, cafeteria and a new learning media commons which encompasses a library.
